About this project

PIECE Studio created the promotional poster for the social inclusion exhibition at Zayed University, Dubai, UAE. The exhibition was held at Tashkeel Art Center and contained works by American and Emirate art and design students who addressed ideas about cultural understanding, acceptance and tolerance.

The poster represents the difficulty in obtaining understanding, acceptance and tolerance when different cultures work together. The poster also reflects upon the struggles between Muslim and Non Muslims and the divide between the Middle East and Western Cultures that have historically not understood each other.
